According to the team’s Media Officer, TOSIN POPOOLA , the thrilling encounter ended 2-2 in regular time, with AJIBADE Victor and ADEWUSI Taiwo netting the goals for Ekiti United Feeders.  Despite a strong contest from Adeyeye FC, both teams could not be separated after full time. The match was ultimately decided by a penalty shootout, where the Feeders team emerged victorious to claim their place in the next round of the tournament. Speaking after the match, Coach FEMI KUMUYI of Ekiti United Feeders expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance.  He praised the players for their composure and determination, reaffirming the team’s commitment to ending the competition on a high note.

EKITI UNITED FEEDERS SECURE 2-0 WIN OVER LEADING FC IN ESFL 2025 The momentum continued for Ekiti United Feeders as they secured a commanding 2-0 victory over Leading FC of Ado Ekiti in their third group stage fixture at the ongoing Ekiti State Football League (ESFL) 2025.  The match, played under clear skies and in front of enthusiastic supporters, highlighted the growing confidence and cohesion of the team. From kickoff, the Feeders dominated possession and dictated the tempo of the game. Their passes were crisp, movement purposeful, and the hunger to win was evident in every department of the squad. It didn’t take long for the team to break the deadlock, as Taiwo Ogunkuade fired in a beautiful strike in the 29th minute after a well-orchestrated team move. Not resting on their lead, the team returned from the halftime break even more determined. EKITI UNITED FEEDERS SECURE SECOND VICTORY IN STATE FOOTBALL LEAGUE Ekiti United Feeders continued their impressive run in the ongoing Ekiti State Football League with a dominant 3–0 win over Future Pro FC. The match, held at the Federal Polytechnic pitch in Ado-Ekiti, saw Ayosunkanmi Oso open the scoring in the 34th minute, before Olaoye Samuel doubled the lead in the 64th minute, and Ogunkuade Taiwo sealing the victory in the 72nd minute. According to the team’s media officer, Tosin Popoola, the win marks the second consecutive victory for the Ekiti United Feeders in the competition. Speaking after the match, Head Coach Femi Kumuyi expressed gratitude to God for the result and commended the Ekiti State Government led by Governor Biodun Oyebanji, as well as the Technical Adviser on Sports Development, Dr. (Mrs.) Olusola Osetoba, for their continued support. The Feeders are expected to face Leading FC Ado Ekiti on Sunday at the same venue for their third group-stage match.
