Ekiti State Government Boosts Football Development With Training Workshop

The Ekiti state government is taking a significant step to boost the performance of its football teams.

A one-day training workshop, titled "Skill Upscaling, Effective Team's Communication and Management," has been scheduled for November 13 at the conference hall of the governor's office in Ado Ekiti.

This initiative, organized under the guidance of Dr. Mrs. Olusola Osetoba, Technical Advisor on Sports Development to Governor Biodun Oyebanji, aims to enhance the communication and management skills of the technical crew of Ekiti Queens FC, Ekiti United FC, and their feeders teams.

The workshop is part of a broader effort to reposition football in Ekiti state, recognizing the importance of skilled personnel in achieving success in the sport.

By investing in the development of its technical staff, the state government is demonstrating its commitment to improving the overall quality of football in the region.

This move aligns with the government's focus on human capital development, a key aspect of its agenda.

The Ekiti state government has been working to create opportunities for growth and development across various sectors, including sports.

The workshop on November 13 is a testament to this commitment, providing a platform for the technical crew to upgrade their skills and contribute to the success of Ekiti's football teams.
