EKITI STATE GOVERNMENT UNVEILS 28 PLAYERS FOR EKITI UNITED FEEDERS TEAM

 


The Ekiti State Government has unveiled twenty-eight players for the Ekiti United Feeders team, marking a significant milestone in the team's journey to success.

Dr. Olusola Osetoba, Technical Advisor to Governor Biodun Oyebanji, officiated the unveiling ceremony, charging the young players to prepare themselves for future challenges.

"The state government is fully committed to supporting your growth and success," Dr. Osetoba assured.

The move is expected to bring fresh talent and energy to the team, bolstering their chances of success.

Coach Femi Kumuyi and the Secretary of Ekiti United FC were present to introduce the new players consisting of four goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 7 midfielders and nine attackers.

Governor Oyebanji's administration has consistently demonstrated its commitment to youth empowerment, and this investment in the team is a testament to that pledge.

With the new players on board, Ekiti United Feeders are poised to make a lasting impact on the football scene.

Ekiti Govt Appoints Olawale Omoyeni as Grassroots Sports Media Aide (L-R) Omoyeni, Dr Osetoba  Popular media professional and member of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ekiti State Chapter, Olawale Omoyeni, has been appointed as Media Aide on Grassroots Sports by the Office of the Technical Adviser on Sports Development to Governor Biodun Oyebanji.   Olawale Omoyeni Resigns as Ekiti FA Media Officer Olawale Omoyeni has officially stepped down from his position as the Media Officer of the Ekiti State Football Association, as contained in a resignation letter dated January 19, 2026. In the letter addressed to the Association and the general public, Omoyeni stated that his decision was taken to enable him pursue other life opportunities and further his professional career.
