Ekiti Queens FC Team Manager Suspended for Unethical Behavior

 


The Ekiti State Office of Sports Development has announced the immediate suspension of Team Manager of Ekiti Queens Football Club, Mrs. Moji Adekanye, following allegations of unethical behavior.

The suspension, confirmed in a statement signed by Dr. Olusola Osetoba, Technical Advisor to the Governor Biodun Oyebanji on Sports Development, reflects the administration’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and sportsmanship within the club and across all state sporting activities.

A disciplinary committee has been constituted to address the matter, with Chief Olu Oloworemo appointed as Chairman. 

Other committee members include Hon. Tunde Adesanya, Hon. Kola Owoseni, and Mr. Mayowa Ogundele, with Abegunde Clement serving as Secretary.

Ekiti Queens FC, a prominent figure in Nigeria’s women’s football scene, has emphasized its dedication to ethical practices and fair play.
