Comrade Mayowa Celebrates An Important Personality


HON. COMRADE ADEDAYO MAYOWA CONGRATULATES HRORBN SOUTHWEST ZONAL COORDINATOR, MRS. CHAMPION AFOLAYAN, ON HER BIRTHDAY.




Hon. Comrade Adedayo Mayowa, a distinguished Student Union Leader, steadfast advocate for good governance, and a Licensed Health Records Officer has extended his warmest congratulations to the Southwest Zonal Coordinator of the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN), Mrs. Champion Afolayan, on the joyous occasion of her birthday.


Hon. Comrade Adedayo Mayowa, who is currently serving as the Honorable Member representing Emure Youths Constituency at the Ekiti Youth Parliament 4th Assembly, and also doubles as the Spokesperson and Chief Press Secretary to the National Headquarters of the National Association of Health Information Management Students (NAHIMS), described Mrs. Afolayan as an exemplary leader and a mother figure whose contributions to the growth and advancement of the Health Information Management profession remain immeasurable.



In his congratulatory message, Hon. Mayowa lauded Mrs. Afolayan for her unwavering dedication, administrative competence, and motherly guidance, which have significantly impacted students and professionals alike, particularly within the Southwest Zone. He noted that her leadership style, characterized by accessibility, inclusiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility, has strengthened the bond between the regulatory body and emerging professionals in the field.




According to him, Mrs. Afolayan has consistently demonstrated an uncommon passion for professional development, capacity building, and institutional growth. Her efforts in fostering unity, discipline, and professional excellence within the zone have not gone unnoticed. He emphasized that her strategic coordination and commitment to regulatory standards have further enhanced the credibility and visibility of the Health Records profession in the region.

Hon. Comrade Adedayo Mayowa seized the opportunity to sincerely appreciate Mrs. Afolayan for the remarkable work she continues to champion, particularly her open door policy and her readiness to mentor and advise students and young professionals. He commended her for being a dependable pillar of support and a guiding light to many who look up to her for direction and encouragement.

He further urged her to remain steadfast and continue championing initiatives that will promote academic excellence, professional ethics, and sustainable development within the Health Information Management sector. He expressed confidence that her enduring commitment will continue to inspire the next generation of health information managers across the Southwest and beyond.

Hon. Mayowa, who previously served as the NAHIMS Southwest President during the 2022/2023 academic session and also as the Chairman of Zonal Coordinators across Nigeria, reaffirmed his deep respect and admiration for Mrs. Afolayan’s leadership legacy. He acknowledged her invaluable support to NAHIMS and her collaborative spirit in ensuring harmonious relationships between students and the regulatory board.

As she marks another year of impactful existence, Hon. Comrade Adedayo Mayowa prayed for Mrs. Champion Afolayan’s long life in sound health, abundant wealth, and renewed strength to continue her noble service to humanity and the profession.

He concluded by wishing her a fulfilling and prosperous new year filled with greater accomplishments and divine grace.
